Months back I had wondered whether people who worked around AWACS aircraft had an elevated risk of developing cancer. I searched “awacs cancer”, and the first few results suggest that this may be the case. Working so close to such powerful electromagnetic emissions for such extended periods of time, it stands to reason that there would be a higher risk.

I found a random comment scribbled on the edge of my notebook. The Mansard roof is the opposite of the East Asian roof when it comes to the progression of its slope. I thought this was noteworthy because it’s an interesting contrast. The Mansard roof has a more solid and imposing feel while the East Asian roof has a fluid and airy feel.

I just realized that there was an interesting new post format feature in WordPress. It’s almost like a dash of Tumblr. Is WordPress feeling the heat? I had looked for an integrated microblogging system for the past week as well. Funny how these things just pop up as I’m thinking about them.
